The Lompoc Kiwanis sponsors the Every 15 Minutes program put on by the Highway Patrol. This program is used as a reality check for High School Juniors and Seniors. It utilizes their peers as examples of the tragic deaths caused by drunken driving, a death occurs every 15 minutes!
